What is Virgin/Remy hair?

Virgin hair refers to hair that is unprocessed. The hair must not been dyed or chemically processed in any way. Remy hair is processed to achieve a particular texture or colour.

What are LQ9, LQ10?

They are different grades of hair or quality of the hair. Virgin hair comes in different hair grades from grade 3A updwards representsesent the quality of the hair. The higher the grade the higher the quality and price. All this depend on how well the hair is maintained.

How should I take care of hair so it last longer?

You need to take care of the hair like your own natural hair. Use silicon and not put too much of it. Also brush your hair frequently. You need to shampoo and condition your hair regularly. Try not to use too much heat like irons, use bendy rollers instead. If the hair is not maintained regularly, it can degrade the quality of the hair.

What hair products do you have?

We have weft (weave), lace top closures with parting (line) and lace closure with free parting (no line), lave frontal closure, front lace wig, full lace wig (glue-less/none)  available in french lace and silk base.

Do you sell Ombre/2 toned colours?

Yes, it cost R60 more per bundle for 2 toned piece.  For example: if normal price for a bundle is R500 then the ombre bundle will be R560. These save one a headache of buying the hair and dye it themselves and it comes out wrong etc.

 How many packets/bundles are needed for a full head?

Our bundles are 100 grams per bundle or a pack. Recommended bundles for full head is 2 budles from 10-14 inch, 3 bundles from 16- 22 inch and 4 bundles for 24 inch upwards. Please note that this is recommended by us but you can buy any number of bundles as you wish or as per your hairstyle.

Where are you based?

We only have an online store at the moment, we do not have a physical shop. We courier from Centurion

Do you have a shop or salon?

No, we are an online store business and only sell hair extensions

Do you deliver?

Yes,  we deliver door to door using a courier service. Delivery is FREE for orders less than 1kg., it is overnight for main centers and 2-3 days for remote areas.

Do you sell hair in bulk?

Yes we do. You can request bulk prices and we will email you. You receive your order in 5 -7 days after payment.

Payment and Shipping

You can pay by credit card online or  via EFT transfers into our bank account. Our invoice that will be sent after ordering hair will have banking details.

Returns & Refunds

We do accept exchange or returns for full refund within 7 days of receipt and if the following criteria are met.

• The hair must be in its original state.

• The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top

• The hair must not have been installed, cut or coloured.

Please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly and also provide with the return address. Shipping the hair back to us will be on customer’s account.
